Earth Day Ivy Pull
We’re joining efforts with our local C-W Rotary Club for what is becoming an annual event — Earth Day Ivy Pull and Park Cleanup at our Skate Park! We’ll tackle English Ivy, blackberries, and invasive garlic mustard (very easy to pull, and no thorns!) and pick up trash to help get this park ready for warm-weather use.
2900 NE 3rd Ave, Camas, WA 98607
Bring gloves, tools, water bottle if you you have them… and if not, we’ll provide.
Camas Cemetery Cleanup
Help spiff up the Camas Cemetery before Memorial Day! Edging of stones, spreading of bark, pulling of weeds…. Fun, satisfying work that the whole family can help with. Hope to see you there.
630 NE Oak St, Camas, WA 98607

Joint Event with the newly formed Washougal Ivy League!
Washougal has an Ivy League!
Make history as you help remove English Ivy and other invasive plants at Hathaway Park at the very first official Washougal Ivy League event.

Ivy Pull & Trail Maintenance
We’ll meet on the north side of Lacamas Lake. There is a trail that starts at the 3-Lakes area, just below the former Acorn & the Oak (before that Lakeside Chalet) restaurant. Park at the Round Lake Overflow Lot on NE 35th Avenue, and look for our green canopy and sandwich board sign. Bring gloves, tools, and/or your water bottle if you have them, but we will provide if not. And definitely dress for the weather and for woodsy conditions — long pants, sturdy shoes or boots, rain gear if the weather says so. This is a BEAUTIFUL little-known trail, so come explore the area while you also work to protect it!

Ivy League Event
There’s much more invasive English ivy to remove along the Mill Ditch Trail!
We’ll meet at the top of the City Steps, at the intersection of NE 12th Avenue & NE Birch Street. https://maps.app.goo.gl/bAojtNatj2rmfi196
Look for our green canopy and the Ivy League sandwich board sign. This site is a combination of gentle slopes and steeper ones, so we should be able to accommodate most volunteers.

Ivy League event
We'll be working in the treed green space just below Mill Ditch, but entering from the less-steep south side. We had a very successful ivy cutting party at this spot in June (a few photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/HRnR2mGRSpBrMu1R8) and would love to see what we can finish up!
Plenty of ivy (and possibly some garbage) to clean up in here. Beautiful section of City green space, just steps away from downtown Camas. If anyone is not up to pulling invasives, but would like to help at the sign-in table, let us know -- we can always use extra hands.
Look for our tent and sign on NE 7th Avenue, between Birch and Dallas streets (where Cedar would intersect if it was a through street). Park along the street or in the "Free Parking" lot at NE 7th & Adams.
